The shaft and handle appear to be made of wood.

This is a classic and charming umbrella with a folklore pattern featuring men and women in European ethnic costumes, flowers, and hearts on a red background. Alpine folk art-style illustrations are arranged in a band, and the hem has ruffles.

Condition:
Stored as nearly unused. Due to its vintage nature, there is some age-related deterioration, but the overall condition is considered good.
There is a small stain-like mark near the center, which is not very noticeable. Additionally, there is deterioration of the tape on the shaft. Please check the last photo.
