Honda HS870 Snow Blower Hydrostatic

Slightly imperfect.
The engine started with the recoil starter. The battery was removed and the starter motor was not used. Please pick up in person. I am unfamiliar with shipping arrangements, so please arrange for shipping yourself.
No malfunctions, runs well.
The starter motor is not used because one part is broken.
