Purchased at a select shop in Kobe several years ago.
The handle and the end knob have undergone a wood-burning treatment, which I believe is uncommon nowadays.

What is wood-burning treatment?
It involves scorching the surface of wood to enhance its durability while preserving its natural texture and feel.
Effects:
The burning process creates a unique texture and a sense of luxury, enhancing its visual appeal. It is also expected to harden the wood's surface, making it more resistant to dirt and moisture penetration.

It has been used infrequently and has been stored.
The original buttons have been replaced with ones of my preference.
