Warm in the microwave for about 1 minute and apply to your shoulders, neck, lower back, or stomach.
The warmth lasts for about 20 minutes (500-600W).
We also recommend using it as an eye pillow when the warmth starts to fade.
The steam from the moisture-rich adzuki beans and the warm beans will warm and relax your body. Adzuki beans absorb moisture from the air when heated, and their moisture content returns after about 4 hours, allowing for repeated use.
