Pokemon Stapler - Pokemon Center Exclusive? Mew, Lucario, Pikachu

Purchased in 2005 and used a few times.
It still works fine now.
As it is a 20-year-old item, there are some scratches and dirt accordingly.

I believe this is from the time of Mew and the Hero of the Waves: Lucario.
