EYLE Neck Cooler & Warmer - Cooling & Heating, For Summer & Winter Use, Rechargeable

EYLE Neck Warmer Heater & Cooler
Electric Heating, Cold Protection Plate, Bladeless Cooling, Summer/Winter Use, 2 Cooling/Warming Modes

Used for about a week during a trip last summer,
then stored at home.

It seems to directly cool or warm the major blood vessels in the neck, efficiently raising or lowering your perceived body temperature.

★Operation confirmed
★Works without any issues.
★Cleaned with alcohol
★There are minor scuffs from use, but no noticeable scratches or dirt.
★Since it has both heating and cooling functions, it's convenient for both summer and winter.
★I believe I purchased it for around 7,000 yen.

How about getting ready before the hot summer arrives?
