Tools (2 items)

This is a set of 2 tools.
I'm not sure of the details as they were found at my parents' house.
The longer one has a name engraved on it.
I don't know how to use them, so they are being sold as junk. They open and close smoothly.
They will be shipped in an envelope.
(Size)
Longer one: Total length 20.8cm
Shorter one: Total length 10.5cm
