Shimomura Industrial Made in Japan Pro-grade Shirishiri Peeler PG-603.

Made of stainless steel.
This is a Pro-grade item, with slightly thicker stainless steel than a general peeler, giving it a sturdy construction.
Dishwasher safe. Made in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata.

Purchased in 2025 at a department store in Tokyo for around 2000 yen.

Used once, but the sharpness was so good that I ended up using a knife instead.

There are no scratches, but there are water marks from washing.
