This is a garlic press designed by Ghidini, a leading Italian kitchenware manufacturer.
It's a kitchen tool that combines functional beauty with ease of use.

The spherical part at the top is where the garlic is crushed.
When you open the lever, one side has a spherical protrusion,
and the other side has a hemispherical indentation that fits snugly against the protrusion.
Place garlic in the indentation and squeeze the lever, and the garlic will be extruded.

The part that crushes the garlic is spherical, unlike traditional designs,
allowing for a thorough crush.
After use, simply wash with water and dry thoroughly to prevent lingering odors.

This product was previously featured in Nikkei MJ (Distribution Newspaper) (see image 2).

Although unused, there are some minor scratches on the surface from storage.

The surface of the garlic press has a matte, frosted finish.
