I just bought this, but my cat seems to love the feel and is running all over it. I'm selling it before it gets completely destroyed.

There are scratches overall (see photos), especially in the middle. The back is relatively clean, so if you don't mind the stitching on the edges, you could use the back side to make the scratches less noticeable.
It was pinned down.

It has been lightly cleaned, but please be aware that some cat hair may remain.
This is not a fragile item, so it will be shipped without cushioning material. That's how it was when I bought it.

Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about imperfections.

【Simple Design】 To enjoy the summer season, we've created a comfortable feel that brings nature closer to you. The simple and natural design is perfect for creating a special space or for everyday use.
【Comfort of Natural Rush Grass】 Rush grass can store air in its spongy, fluffy core structure, so it keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Also, the natural humidity control function of rush grass provides a smooth, comfortable feel even during the humid rainy season. The surface is less likely to trap dust and dirt, making it easy to clean.
【Thin Border】 The use of a thin, Japanese-modern border makes it blend seamlessly into any room.
【Protecting Tatami Mats and Hiding Stains】 By laying a rush grass carpet (overmat) that fits the size of your room immediately after new construction or renovation, you can prevent sun damage and scratches, and extend the life of your tatami mats. It is also recommended for concealing damaged tatami mats.
【In-House Production Management】 To deliver safe, secure, and high-quality rush grass products, we manage all processes from the cultivation of the raw rush grass to product manufacturing and inspection in our own factory.
