Purchased in November 2024!
The box, instruction manual, and the main unit are all included. I also bought a spare battery separately, and a small screwdriver is included.

My child sleeps on their stomach, so there was no opportunity to use it, and in the end, I never used it. It has been opened, but it is almost new. However, since the box was opened, I am listing it as used.

If you are considering buying this type of sensor, you might want to check whether your baby sleeps on their back or stomach!
For babies who sleep on their stomachs, a mat-type sensor might be a better fit (though it's a bit more expensive...).
