This is a handmade mini skirt-style detachable hem.
It looks cute peeking out from under T-shirts or sweatshirts, or when paired with denim!
The waist is adjusted to fit me, who usually wears a size S, but since elastic is used, it can be worn by those who are around a size S to M.
The tiered, two-layer design is also stylish!
