Purchased around 2019 at the TOGA Horie store. I forgot the price, but it was probably around 30,000 yen.
New with tags, only tried on.

This is an accessory that you wear by putting your arms through it. Please refer to the model in the first photo for how to wear it. The model is wearing a different color.
The main body is beige, and the part that goes around the neck is black. It's made of stretchy knit material.
