Actual item! 5-piece set! High-quality Quercus (Kunugi) spawning wood, mini 10cm cuts for stag beetles.
Item Type: Larva Rearing Supplies / Sawtooth Oak Egg-Laying Logs/Wood
Insect Type: Stag Beetles, etc.
Thank you very much for viewing this listing.
◆We also have Nara wood, natural Kawara, and soil-buried Reishi wood available, so we would appreciate it if you would consider them.
◆Please read the following precautions carefully before purchasing!
These are high-quality, nutrient-rich mini sawtooth oak logs for stag beetle egg-laying setups.
They have been dried and aged for approximately 2 years or more since being harvested from mountain forests, so they should be suitably decayed!
Mini cut logs around 10cm are not commonly seen, but they are very convenient and useful!
◆Since this is a listing of the actual items, there may be some variations and knots as shown in the product images. However, they are lightweight, mostly without a hard core, and are good quality sawtooth oak, so you can expect an increase in the number of eggs laid!
▼As shown in the product images, the wood is soft enough for a toothpick to penetrate even in the center!
However, it is impossible to inspect the entire interior of each log, so please understand and acknowledge this.
▼Images 1 and 3, and 2 and 4 show the front and top/bottom cut surfaces, respectively, with the logs flipped upside down.
◆Since these are short cuts, they are convenient for situations with limited space, for QBOX setups, or for setups with small species or small cases!
■Length: Approximately 10.0cm
■Diameter: Approximately 8.5cm ~ 6.5cm
(Maximum diameter ~ Minimum diameter of the 5 logs)
■Sawtooth Oak / Mini Egg-Laying Logs: Set of 5!
◆Please note that these are amateur measurements, so please allow for variations in length and diameter. m(._.)m
◆★★★ Precautions ★★★◆
