The walls have 50mm insulation.
The flooring is fiber-reinforced cement.
This is a highly customizable prefabricated house with adjustable window and door positions.
The materials can be loaded onto a 2-ton flatbed truck or a 2-ton dump truck for transport.
We can load the materials using a forklift if you pick them up.
The longest steel frame piece is approximately 5.7m.
Due to the weight of approximately 1200kg, it cannot be loaded onto a single light truck.
The product is unused, but there may be scratches, dents, or dirt on the frame and panels from transportation. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about scratches. There is no invoice number. The price reflects this.
The actual product is on display at 2764-1 Yoshida Hei, Ureshino-cho, Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture.
To avoid complaints such as It's different from what I expected or I thought it would be flawless, we recommend inspecting the product in person. We operate on a no-claims, no-returns basis.
