The mushroom substrate is made in-house using sawdust primarily from sawtooth oak, mixed with rice bran, wheat bran, malt粕 (malt residue), and lime from Hiroshima oysters. All raw materials are domestically produced.
This insect mat is created by aerobically fermenting hardwood sawdust that has been decomposed by mycelia during mushroom cultivation, and further decomposed by the action of microorganisms.
