Same-day shipping! Soft mandarin leaves! With stems! Freshly picked young leaves! Food for swallowtail butterflies

Fresh green tangerine leaves
We will pack as many as fit in the bag, with branches.
Since soft leaves can wither in the heat, we mix sturdy leaves from the branches with soft young leaves.
This is a suitable amount for feeding 5-7 butterflies from early spring until they pupate.
Occasionally, white flowers may be included.
We harvest after you order and ship on the same day.
They are healthy enough to root if planted in the soil.
Refrigerating them upon arrival seems to help them last longer.

Sweet tangerines grow every year in our sunny garden.
Last year, many swallowtail butterflies flew away.
And this year, three days ago, a swallowtail butterfly laid eggs on the leaves of a small potted plant before flying away.
We transfer them to a swallowtail butterfly habitat and raise them with the young leaves from the tangerine tree in our garden.
