Please inquire via the question section.
These are used substrate blocks made from 100% Quercus acorn raw material, which rhinoceros beetles and stag beetles prefer the most, and are packed with nutrients.
As you can see in the image, the mycelium is firmly embedded within.
Excellent for enhancing the nutrition of rhinoceros beetle larvae!
When raising rhinoceros beetle larvae, simply burying the block as is in fermented substrate will noticeably increase their size.
Larvae will burrow into the block, eat heartily, and grow!
It is also suitable for creating your own original fermented substrate by breaking it apart.
Some people use it as a substitute for stag beetle laying logs.
It is softer, making it easier to excavate than wood.
*The image is of one item taken from our stock.
Please only purchase if you understand that some blocks may be slightly broken or have different shapes.
We also have other items for sale, such as fermented substrate that helps larvae grow, stag beetle substrate, coniferous wood substrate ideal for adult beetle management, perches usable for adult beetle breeding and display, and high-grade protein jelly. Please check my other listings.
