Japanese Honeybee Hive, Tiered Box Style, with Kinryohen

This is a 3-tier box hive for Japanese honeybees.
Dimensions of one box: Approx. 275mm (length) x Approx. 275mm (width) x Approx. 150mm (height), 24mm thickness.
Overall height: Approx. 580mm.

To prevent the boxes from shifting, the joints between them are secured with wooden boards, so there is no need to use tape. The interlocking design also makes assembly and disassembly easy.
Japanese honeybees tend to accumulate debris at the bottom of the hive, and if not cleaned regularly, they are susceptible to wax moth damage. Therefore, the bottom board is also a slide-out type for easy cleaning. As shown in the 6th photo, the bottom board can be reversed to cover the entrance, preventing bees from escaping when moving the hive.

A Kinryohen (a type of plant used as a lure for Japanese honeybees) is included as a bonus. It has one flower bud. The flower bud may break or soil may scatter during shipping. We are not responsible for any issues that occur during transit.
