Ofukuwake Collar

This is a detachable collar from Ofukuwake.
It's a 2-way item that can be worn on either the front or back.
I purchased it at a pop-up shop in Osaka some time ago, but I couldn't figure out how to style it, so it's been stored in my closet. The tags are still attached.
It's very cute, so I'm listing it for someone who can wear it.
