Reversible Peter Pan collar

This is a detachable collar from ECU (Echyu), made with Japanese lace fabric. It was purchased at the Imperial Hotel shop, though ECU is no longer available. It does not have a tag, so I have included a photo of a tag from an ECU garment at the end of the images. It has been used a few times.
