This item is being listed because the new windows installed during a renovation did not match the desired image.
It is listed as near unused because it was removed before the renovation was completed. However, as it was once installed in the window frame, there are some minor scratches on the parts that secure the frame (which will not be visible once installed in a window frame) and some dirt such as dust.

The photos on the 2nd page (inside) and 3rd page (outside) could not be fully captured by the camera and appear slightly distorted due to being taken with a wide-angle lens, but there is no actual distortion.
