● Product Description: This is a new, specially priced dough board for cooking and confectionery, made in our own factory in Japan, with free shipping.
The top surface is polished to a high shine. The four corners are rounded, and the top and bottom edges are chamfered to prevent injury. The shine is from polishing, not coating, so you can use it with confidence.
The back has cork sheets attached at four points to prevent scratches and slippage, as shown in the 4th image.
Natural marble has high thermal conductivity and low specific heat capacity, making it cool to the touch. This helps to suppress the temperature rise of dough, preventing it from becoming sticky. It is very useful for kneading pizza, bread, pie, and confectionery dough, as well as for chocolate confectionery.

Thanks to this board, it's been a great success as both a bread kneading board and a work surface. The attached images (9th and 10th) show me making bread dough and stollen. It has a good weight, and the surface of the board doesn't easily stick to the dough. Compared to using a cutting board or a kneading sheet before, it's made working so much easier! I plan to continue using it extensively.
