Purchased new about 1 year ago from a Mercari shop.
I injured my wrist and found it difficult to fold puff pastry with a rolling pin, so I switched to a rolling pin.
I used it to roll out about 3kg of detrempe once every 3 months.

I am selling it as it is used less often.

There is a little butter residue on the roller, but there is no odor or stickiness, so I don't think it needs to be washed.
It can be easily disassembled and washed, but you will need two wrenches.
100-yen shop wrenches should be fine.
