Wooden Nutcracker

This is a wooden nutcracker.
It was a gift, but I've never cracked walnuts. It has been stored at home, but there are chips on the tip of the rod and part of the receiving hole.

The long side when the screw is fully inserted into the receiver is approximately 12 cm.

Thank you.
