I believe this is from the 2011 Autumn/Winter collection. It's a simple leather keyクロシェット (keyring) that can also be worn as an accessory by hanging the strap around your neck. One side features an embossed logo and the brand's signature white stitching.
Although listed under men's, this item is suitable for unisex use.
