My home Wi-Fi was slow, causing YouTube to freeze, so I bought this meter to see if I could fix it myself.
I contacted the support center, but they said it was operating normally via remote access.
When I disconnected the fiber optic cable and measured, it was within the normal range. -8dBm to -30dBm is the acceptable range.
As it turned out, the issue was dirt on the receiving end's light receiving unit.
Since I haven't used it since that time, I'm putting it up for sale.
Batteries must be purchased separately.
Comes with an English instruction manual and original box.
