ALINCO EP-35MS Stabilized Power Supply Radio Junk Item

This is an Alinco stabilized power supply (analog) MODEL EP-35MS.

I am relisting this as a junk item because the current value has decreased since the previous listing, and the voltage does not reach 13.8V.
It will be listed for about one week. If it is not sold during this time, I will withdraw the listing.

When the power is turned on, it reads:
0A / 10V.

I purchased this used.
The front of the meter is clean, but there are scratches from use on the top, sides, bottom, and back. (Please refer to the photos.)
