There is no packaging or instruction manual. Originally, the package only had a simple explanation printed on the backing card, not a full instruction manual. Instead, please refer to the following:

This product was released around 2019, so we cannot guarantee if the software available for download from the website above is compatible with today's computers.

The reason I am selling it is that the R500's built-in Bluetooth cannot be paired with Mac computers on recent macOS versions (this is not an issue with this specific item, but a problem with all R500s). If you connect the USB receiver shown in the 3rd photo to your Mac, you can normally advance or go back through presentation slides.

In addition to the used batteries shown in the photo, I will include one unused battery.
There are minor scratches that are difficult to see unless you look closely.
As this is a used item, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection.
