Incorporates air into butter for a fresh texture
Place a square stick of butter in this product and twist the bottom. The butter will be finely grated into fluffy shreds.

Fluffy butter is a magical butter.

The air trapped in the butter creates a fresh texture, giving your toast, pancakes, and more a different taste than usual.

Perfect for calorie reduction
By fluffing a small amount of butter, you use less, making it perfect for calorie reduction.

Versatile uses beyond butter
Can also be used with chocolate, cheese, and other ingredients with a little creativity.

Model with a ceramic knife that doubles as a butter knife and paring knife now available
