This is a B-grade, non-standard product of domestically produced Binchotan charcoal from Aichi Prefecture.
Limited quantity, special price!

Compared to regular charcoal, it is rougher and lighter. It also burns slightly less long.
Small pieces of charcoal tend to spark, so please do not ignite them indoors.

We trained in Muroto, Kochi, and built a kiln on the Chita Peninsula to carefully produce charcoal from Ubame oak.

How about domestic Binchotan charcoal for grilling meat and snacks at your BBQ!
We recommend toasting fried chicken over charcoal for a crispy and juicy texture!

It is also very useful as a heat source during disasters!

Caution: Domestic Binchotan charcoal is very hard. When igniting, fanning it or using a fan can cause it to spark. The trick is to place charcoal that has already been lit, such as black charcoal, on top of the Binchotan and let it burn down slowly to reduce sparking.
