12 tatami mats

This is a tatami mat from a 6-tatami mat Japanese-style room in a newly built house purchased by the owner. Dimensions are 86 cm (length) x 82 cm (width) x 1 cm (thickness).
It can be laid directly on a rough floor.
It was removed when the floor was replaced before moving in, so it is almost unused, only stepped on during the viewing.
As it has not been opened, minor scratches are unknown.
If you can pick it up yourself and the timing is right, we will deduct 5,000 yen from the shipping cost. (We will be away during the New Year holidays, so pickup or shipping is possible until December 25th. We can respond after Coming of Age Day, though the exact timing may vary.)
