Wi-Fi Camera Tapo C210 - Junk/Defective Item

Reason for Junk Condition:
The camera can connect to its setup Wi-Fi (Tapo_Cam_8551), but it does not display the router's Wi-Fi (see photo ⑤).
I'm not sure when this started, but when I replaced my router the other day and tried to reset and reconfigure it, it ended up in this state.
When powered on, the LED blinks red and green. (Setup mode after reset)

All settings and operations are performed through the Tapo app.

The genuine power adapter is not included. A third-party adapter can be provided if you wish.
