Commercial trip sensors for relay testing cost nearly 30,000 yen, so I created an ultra-cheap trip sensor.
I named it Impact on me 2.
The Txx series uses ultra-strong magnets.
Impact on me 2 adheres perfectly to the metal parts of VCBs and LBS, capturing trip signals during linkage tests with Overcurrent Relays (OCR) and Ground Fault Relays (GR).
This eliminates the need to worry about where to take the trip signal on-site, allowing for faster testing.
Impact on me 2 requires no power and can be used permanently.
It's palm-sized (see photo 2) and fits in your pocket. As an essential item for electrical maintenance technicians, keep it in your tester cable bag, and you can use it whenever needed.
