This is a perfectly sized sealed jar for making plum wine. Since commercially available green plums are sold in 1kg units, a 4L jar is the optimal size for 1kg of plums when adding 1.8L of white liquor and rock sugar.
It has a handle, making it easy to carry.
The Preservation Jar from Cellarmate is a long-selling product, known for its simple, user-friendly design and beautiful appearance when lined up. The 4L size with a convenient handle is perfect for pickling about 1kg of green plums and is an essential size for making plum wine and pickled plums! It is also recommended for making fruit liqueurs with seasonal fruits or for storing rice. The wide mouth of the jar allows for easy insertion and removal of ingredients, and it can be thoroughly washed inside for hygienic use. Additionally, it features a degassing function that releases built-up gas from the sealed jar, and all parts can be disassembled for cleaning, allowing for safe long-term food storage. This preservation jar, made by a Japanese manufacturer, is sure to enrich our dining tables. *When making fruit liqueur in the 4L jar, having a Kanro ladle is convenient.
I have only used it once and am selling it because I don't have the opportunity to use it. Its simple design makes it stylish even when placed in the kitchen.
