This is an unused item that was kept in storage as a spare for replacement. Since the first unit was convenient and worked without any issues, it remained in storage. After moving, the new place came with a double lock as standard, so there was no longer a need to keep this as a spare.

This is the standard model with two remote controls. The optional telephone remote control mentioned on the side of the box is not included.
The ability to manually raise and lower the lock at the bottom center from the inside, acting as an auxiliary lock, and the alarm that sounds if someone tries to force it open, provided a sense of security.
It was also convenient that the Care Guard 2 could be opened and closed from the inside, such as when sleeping at night, as the remote control naturally works from the inside as well.
(As a measure for battery life, it is designed with a safety feature that notifies you with a lamp when the battery is low, and eventually stops operating by automatically unlocking if left unattended.)
