We have recently completed major renovation work (exterior wall painting, tile repair, waterproofing) on a rental apartment building.

The installation of scaffolding significantly increases the risk of unauthorized entry.

Therefore, we considered what methods would be best to ensure the safety of residents.

However, there is no perfect solution.

There are also cost constraints.

So, after careful consideration, I am offering for sale the banners (tarpaulins) that were installed.
