Dog Toilet Stainless Steel Mesh Small Dog Size

My dog had diarrhea and stepped in his poop, which was a disaster. I bought this thinking it was revolutionary! But...
He's too scared to get on it (ToT)

I would be grateful if someone could make use of it.
★It has been opened and set up, but has never been used for waste.
