This is a Sukajan jacket, an official merchandise item from Kyosuke Himuro's final concert tour 10 years ago.

At the time, sizes were only available in M and L.
This item corresponds to a usual L to XL size.
I am 182cm tall and weigh 88kg, and it fits me just right to slightly tight.
