This is a custom-made insulation case/cover for bird cages.
Insulation is essential during winter, for elderly birds, sick birds, birds undergoing molting, chicks, etc.
This product will be custom-made to fit your existing cage.

Made with highly insulating material.
Each panel is separate, allowing for compact storage when not in use.

I use this for my own parakeet, and it has not warped even with a 100W heat lamp, maintaining a temperature of 32 degrees Celsius.

[What will be made]

(Panels ①-④ are standard; ⑤ and ⑥ will be made only upon request)

[Material]
Polycarbonate hollow sheet (Harmonika-bo)
Features: Extremely lightweight, excellent insulation, and flame-retardant.
UV cut
Usable temperature: 110℃

[Delivery Condition]
You will receive up to 6 separate panels.
Please assemble them at home using adhesive tape or masking tape.

[Customization]
The sample photos show a cage of HOEI 21 size.
Please provide the desired finished dimensions for your cage, including the placement of the heat lamp.

For cylindrical or irregularly shaped cages, only rectangular panels will be made.

The price listed is for a cover for a small cage (e.g., HOEI 21) made from a single sheet of Harmonika-bo. If more than one sheet of Harmonika-bo is required, the price will start from approximately ￥13,500 due to increased material and shipping costs. Please consult with us in the comments section beforehand. We will provide a price quote based on the size.

[Important Notes]
Please allow for a few millimeters of error in the dimensions.
As this is a handmade item, there may be slight imperfections in the taped edges and panel cuts.
The orientation of the horizontal and vertical lines of the material is random.
Although the material is new, small particles may be present within the hollow structure (see photos).

[Shipping Time]
Please allow 2 days for material procurement and production.
Shipping will commence on the 3rd day after your order.

[Packaging]
Due to the size, the item will be wrapped in newspaper for shipping.
