Nitori Tension Rod Rack Hilde F *Hanger pole not included

I purchased this item used, but it was different from what I imagined and I haven't used it. The accessories are everything shown in the photos. The instruction manual indicates there should be a pole for hanging hangers, but since the hanger pole was not included from the time of opening, I could only install the shelves.

As there is no box, I will pack it sufficiently with plastic wrap and cushioning material to prevent damage, though it will be simple packaging.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about such matters.
