This is a TOSHIBA Mochi Maker, Mochikko AFC-166.
With simple operation buttons for Cut, Soak, Steam, Pound, and Knead, making mochi is easy. (It was stored quite cleanly!) It was reportedly purchased for around 40,000 yen at the time.
Power has been confirmed.
Actual mochi-pounding operation has not been confirmed.
