Marukan Heated Bulb Cover Set (2 Types) - For 40W and 20W bulbs

The items for sale are the set shown in images 1 and 2.
The set includes the following 4 items:

■ Marukan Heated Bulb Cover Set

① 40W Cover with Bulb Set - Includes Box
This item is nearly unused. I purchased it, but it was too large, so I bought the 20W version instead. Tested for operation.
② One 40W Bulb (separate from the bulb set in image 3) - Unused
③ 20W Cover (bulb not included) - No Box
This is a used item.
I have cleaned it as much as possible, but there may be some dirt or discoloration that cannot be removed.
Tested for operation with an old bulb. The old bulb has been removed and is not included in this listing.
④ One 20W Bulb - Unused

These items have been stored at home for a long time.
Thank you for your consideration.
