I've cut out Laughing Bamboo for mini Kadomatsu from the fine bamboo (Hachiku) in my garden.
This is a set of 6 pieces, each about 10cm long.
For some reason, the cut ends turned out to be horror-themed...
This is for those who like horror or want to welcome the New Year in a fun, unconventional way.

*The decorations in the second image (branches with Ardisia crispa berries and Cornus controversa branches) are also included, but please message me if you don't need them.

[Example of how to bundle 3 Laughing Bamboo pieces]
The 3 Laughing Bamboo pieces are shown bundled by securing them with rubber bands at two points, top and bottom.
Bamboo is oily and slippery, so I think rubber bands are easier to use for bundling than zip ties.
Also, if you temporarily secure the center part of the 3 pieces where it's less visible from the outside with glue, or masking tape if you want to easily separate them later, it will be easier to bundle them with zip ties.

[About the price]
Because it's all handmade and takes time and physical strength, production takes several days.
Cutting the bamboo and making the diagonal cuts are all done by hand, one by one.
After that, I use multiple pairs of scissors to cut off any splintered parts, and finish by sanding with multiple files.
It's particularly physically demanding, so I can't cut out many in a single day.
I handle these tasks one by one, while checking the weather, managing daily chores, and packing and shipping orders for other customers.
