This is an exquisite vintage OMEGA Constellation, automatic chronometer, ladies' watch.
The Constellation was OMEGA's top-tier series at the time and remains a highly popular flagship model even today. The model being offered is known as the C-line, designed by Mr. Gerald Genta, often called the Picasso of watch design.
This is an old OMEGA that is sure to be a reliable addition to your collection, perfect for everyday wear as well as formal occasions.
The case is made of stainless steel. The case back features an observatory and star relief.
The dial has a delicate diagonal lattice pattern, finished with a luxurious feel reminiscent of fine linen fabric. There is a date display at the 3 o'clock position. The CHRONOMETER text on the dial is only permitted on watches equipped with a movement that has passed external accuracy certification, serving as proof of a high-precision watch that achieved excellent results in observatory competitions.
The genuine 5-link Jubilee bracelet, comfortable to wear year-round, fits wrists up to approximately 16cm (6.3 inches). I can source additional genuine bracelet links to make it larger if needed. The leather strap shown in photos 4 and 5 is for reference purposes only and is not included in the sale.
Measured with a timegrapher, the watch's daily error is around +10 seconds, indicating very high accuracy. The case width is approximately 24mm.
