This is a replacement set (one pair) for the yaguruma (wind spinner) part of a balcony carp streamer set.

The yaguruma is made of synthetic resin (plastic).
The diameter of the round yaguruma is 25 cm.

This is a Sky Lee brand golden type yaguruma.
It is the right size for balcony carp streamer sets of 2 meters or less.
It is suitable for carp streamer sets ranging from 1 meter to 1.2 meters, 1.5 meters, and 2 meters.
