I purchased this about 9 years ago and used it only a few times before storing it.
The hands are not moving, so I believe the battery is dead.

There are some marks on the belt, but I think it's still in good condition with no peeling. I've listed it as scratched or dirty because the battery is dead.
I can offer a discount if you don't need the box. Please let me know.
