This is a unique dish that can be heated directly on an IH stove.

It's a grill plate that can also be used as a frying pan. This makes cleanup easier. It also features a ceramic coating for easy washing. Unlike fluorine coating, it prevents fluorine from leaching into food. When cooking on an IH cooktop, please use oven mitts or similar protection.

For reference, using it with the dedicated Elecom appliance eliminates the need for oven mitts.

This is an unused item that has never been used. It was only taken out once for product inspection and photography.

There are slight paint peeling-like marks, likely from the manufacturing process. Please refer to the photos. There are several similar marks. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
