Size: Approx. 16x100 cm Cotton thin fabric and tulle lace

The cotton fabric is black (new) and the tulle lace is on a dark navy background with purple-tinged greige shades and gold lame thread glossy embroidery (new), creating a half-collar.

The tulle lace is sewn in double layers over the fabric with a sewing machine. One side of the fabric has a hem stitch.
