[About the Product]
[Grill Pan]
Staub's grill pan allows you to deliciously grill not only meat and fish, but also vegetables. The grooves on the grill pan create grill marks on food, allowing excess oil to drain off while grilling. For meat and fish, it results in less shrinkage and a more delicious finish compared to frying in a pan.
It's stylish and cute enough to be served directly on the table, making it perfect for entertaining. It also has excellent heat retention, so having one is convenient and expands your cooking repertoire.
● Compatible with direct flame, IH, halogen heaters, ceramic heaters, ovens, and dishwashers.
*Staub products are handmade, so there may be variations in color, air bubbles, or small protrusions.
First, wash with hot water. Then, dry over low heat and apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the inside of the pan. Heat again over low heat for a few minutes, then wipe off excess oil with a cloth or paper towel. The oil will penetrate the pores of the enamel, naturally smoothing the surface.
*Remove all labels before use and be sure to wash.
*Do not use in the microwave.
*Always use silicone, plastic, or wooden cooking utensils. Metal utensils will scratch the enamel.
*The handle will get hot, so always use pot holders.
*The buttons and handles may loosen with each use. Periodically check the tightness of the screws.
*Do not store the pan while it is still wet, such as immediately after washing.
*Avoid storing in steamy kitchen areas.
*Avoid using metal brushes or abrasive cleaners.
